From fat powerlifter to less fat powerlifter! Cut “officially” began mid-July at a starting weight of 292. Weigh-in today at 234, so a total of nearly 60 lbs lost in 5.5 months. Wouldn’t have been possible without the help and guidance of my coach @primalperformancecoaching, who helped me change my programming and nutrition to line up with my new goals.
Would like to cut to about 222-225 and then maintain healthy body fat at that weight while getting stronger. 2020 is gonna be a BIG year!
