When John approached me I was apprehensive about the process. We discussed my goals and came up with a game plan that would work for me. His approach to training seemed different than other trainers that I had seen or worked with; He has an old-school vibe with new school techniques. He knows what works and what doesn’t. He also understands that the human body has to function and recover in certain ways. He will not kill you; he adapts your skill level and lifestyle to the program in order to meet your goals. With each program comes new challenges. There would always be a new exercise or movement that I had to research or ask John about. It could be a small variation on a classic movement or a totally new exercise that you may never have heard of before. One major benefit to John’s programs is that they keep you motivated. The structure of the workouts is challenging yet fun, but even on your worst days keeps you accountable to the program and to yourself. Following his programs has instilled a sense of confidence in me, I feel strong and healthy with no ending in sight. Thank you John for changing my life!
