These pictures are 4 years apart almost to the date! The one on the left I was 114 lbs, 17% body fat, and a cardio bunny; teaching hours of cardio classes per week and lifting weights 2-3 days a week. I would also avoid carbs like the plague!
The one on the right was taken this weekend and I’m 128 lbs at 19% body fat. I teach one 30 min class per week and the other cardio I do is a 20-minute HIIT session twice a week. On top of this, I power lift 5 days a week.
Now some people may prefer the before pic and some the after. I’m extremely happy to be where I am right now and looking forward to getting stronger and more fit and thick!!!
