I’ve been working with John for nearly 7 months now. In the first 4.5 months, John’s programming has added 75lbs/34kg to my squat, 30lbs/13.6kg to my bench, and 40lbs/18.18kg to my deadlift; for a total of 145lbs/65.9kg to my total. I’m extremely grateful for the given opportunity of starting my powerlifting career with John, as well as all the opportunities that are soon to come on the path to being the best strength athlete that I could be under the Primal Performance process.
