Women’s Strength Training Program

At Primal, one of the coolest things we have done to date is a women’s strength training program.

THE APPROACH 🔎

Primarily focused on getting stronger over looking a certain way.

HOW WE DO IT 🛠

Form and building a solid foundation comes first, then strength follows.

To support this process of change, we teach proper and applicable nutrition (i.e. what’s realistic and how to fuel yourself in a healthy and sustainable manner).

MAKING STRIDES 🏋🏾‍♀️

We created an environment and support system for women that are looking to get into fitness and don’t want to follow the normal path (i.e. train to look like a bikini model on stages)
